Get to Know Me

Ksenia's global experiences led her to fall in love with Colorado, ultimately making Aspen her home. Her career began in finance, where she was licensed with Morgan Stanley and worked in private equity. After over a decade in this field, she leveraged her expertise to transition into real estate.
 
Following six years with Sotheby's and Compass, Ksenia established her own brokerage, focusing on unique global real estate opportunities. She specializes in off-market Aspen residential and commercial properties valued over $10M and offers early access to worldwide developments at preferential rates.
 
Ksenia has cultivated strong relationships with top brokerages and developers across prestigious locations including the Hamptons, Palm Beach, New York, Miami, California, London, South of France, Monaco, St. Barths, Caribbean and BVI islands.
 
Despite Aspen's rising prices, she actively seeks favorable deals for her clients. Given the local restrictions on new construction and renovations, Ksenia collaborates closely with architects and developers to provide her clients an edge in identifying properties with hidden potential.
 
A graduate of USC's top-ranked International Business program, Ksenia holds an honors degree in International Business and Finance with a minor in Economics. She is fluent in Russian and conversational in French.
 
Ksenia's diverse interests span fine art, jewelry auctions, superyacht shows, and car exhibitions. In her leisure time, she enjoys playing piano, tennis, mountain biking, horseback riding, and attending lectures at the Physics Center, Aspen Institute, and the classical music festival.
