Ksenia has lived and studied all over the world, before falling in love with Colorado and calling Aspen home.
She was licensed with Morgan Stanley and led commercial aviation projects in the world of private equity. After more than a decade of a career in finance and international business, she felt well-positioned to transition into her love of real estate.
Her love for numbers, in-depth analysis of the markets, and her appreciation of the world of luxury and design allow her to be on the same level of expectations from some of the most demanding clients.
Ksenia built close relationships with top brokerages and developers from the Hamptons, Miami, New York, LA, Dallas, Austin, London, South of France and Monaco. Her clients get first access to off market opportunities and deals. Ksenia built an influential network of local contacts, from top concierge companies to private jet groups, giving her access to inside information, which is highly beneficial in such a competitive market as Aspen.
She writes the Aspen Local's Guide and works closely with developers for the latest construction and remodel numbers as well as updates to the local building codes.
Ksenia has always enjoyed studying and graduated with an honors degree in International Business (#1 IB Program in the USA) and Finance with a minor in Economics from USC. She speaks fluent Russian and conversational French.
Her constant desire for knowledge and a natural curiosity drives her varied interests from the world of fine art and jewelry auctions, worldwide art fairs, TED talks on math and physics, piano, horseback riding, supporting local charities as well as being a member of the Aspen Institute and the Aspen Art museum.
